Payment & Insurance

We are In-Network with Aetna, Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice, Independence Blue Cross Keystone Health Plan East, Amerihealth, Independence Administrators, Cigna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/ Highmark, and Quest. We are not in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and do not take Keystone First as a primary nor a secondary insurance.

Should you desire to submit an invoice to your insurance company to obtain an Out-Of-Network benefit, we will be happy to provide one for you.

Lastly, we accept most credit cards, checks, and cash as forms of payment. Certain Flex/FSA cards are able to be processed, however this is not guaranteed . We can provide you with an invoice to submit to the company managing your Flex Plan so that you can be reimbursed for what you pay us upfront. We expect payment at the time services are rendered. The reason that some FSA cards are declined has to do with our SIC code given to us by the state that deems us more related to counseling/social services than medical, justified by the percentage breakdown of therapeutic services strongly outnumbering psychiatric and medication management services at the practice. Our SIC code designation is outside of our control, however we apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter should your card be declined when run with our credit card processor, Cardpointe.
